Tips when ordering parts:
When ordering replacement parts, providing the Model and Serial number insures that the correct part is shipped. Each power conveyor from Portec ships with this information and is located on the inside radius of the power belt curve and the spiral belt curve. It is possible that this plate has been removed. In this case, we will need to know the model, overall length, and the overall width of the conveyor. It may be helpful to call customer service at (719) 275-7471 Ext. (254) to determine the model number of your Portec conveyor unit.
Obtaining a replacement part list:
We have developed a complete recommended spare parts list for your Portec conveyor. Just fill out this Spare Parts List Request Form and fax it back to us. This form will ask you to provide your company information as well as a complete list of all the Portec conveyor units on-hand. We will send you a list of Recommended Spare Parts for each of your conveyor unit models, as well as current pricing.
Determining lead-times:
Parts ship from the Portec Flomaster Factory, located in Canon City, Colorado. Portec manufactured spare parts will usually ship in 3 – 5 working days. This includes standard, in-stock belts. Specialty conveyor belts, drive units and all other non-manufactured Portec parts have varying lead-times. Please call and our parts specialists will be happy to help you determine lead-times.
Warranty of replacement parts:
All replacement parts will be warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment from the Portec Factory. This warranty on parts will cover only defects in workmanship or material. The warranty does not cover the costs of the installation of such parts unless authorized by the designated Portec representative.
