High Speeds Available

Portec Flomaster has the answer to one of the Material Handling Industry’s biggest challenges: "How do you get product around a curve, at a very high rate of speed, without compromising end-product quality? Portec's Hyper-Flo can go over 2,000 fpm around a curve. It does not use gears or oil and is very quiet. It is used in conjunction with Portec's pneumatic ball transfers, Flo-Motion.

Flo-Motion can be used separate from Hyper-Flo. It is not a replacement for traditional ball transfers and can be used for many applications. Flo-Motion can also operate at speeds in excess of 2,000 fpm (depending upon the application).

The Portec Power Faced Diverter is also another solution for those requiring speed. This is a unique diverter, that can also work as a plow and can reach speeds in excess of 2,000 fpm.

Not quite ready to go that fast? Portec can still provide a solution. The standard Portec Belt Power Curve may operate at speeds up to 800 fpm (depending upon the application).
